WELCOME to our blog! Our family began in August of 2000 when Jody and I were married and has grown into a family of 6! We have 3 beautiful daughters and 1 handsome son! This blog was created in January of 2006 for our family and friends and to serve as a scrapbook for our kiddos in the years to come! Jody is the youth minister at our church and I am a stay at home mom! Can a youth pastor preach?

Since our pastor and a group of church members were on mission in Lake Placid this past week (returning today), Jody had the opportunity to preach this past Sunday at both our 8:30am & 11:00am services.  Jody really enjoys preaching, but definitely does not feel called to pastor a church, youth ministry is where it's at for us :)  I am so proud of my husband and the way he is using his God-given abilities and talents :)  If you would like to hear his sermon from Sunday click here (this is a sermon...it's long)!  
So the answer in my book is YES a youth pastor can preach!
