KFBC "pounded" us the first official Sunday we were here! Someone gave me a definition of a pounding since I had never been to one: a pounding is an old southern tradition where people bring a pound of sugar, a pound of flour, a pound of something to a family new to the area! We were so overwhelmed and humbled by the pounding, both of my pantries are full! The church also had cake, goodies and punch!

I had never heard of a pounding until the one that Eric and Erin received from KFBC~ What a generous church family!
