Since we've been married we've rarely bought birthday, christmas or anniversary gifts for each other. Don't get me wrong, I love a gift as much as anyone, we've simply not had the funds to be able to do so...imagine my surprise when I received this beautiful necklace from Jody last week!
It was a combination 30th Birthday, Anniversary (10 years this year) and Mother's Day gift!
I have been wanting some sort of jewelry to represent all of our kiddos, a necklace, ring or bracelet!!!
My necklace is white gold and has each of the kiddos birthstones:
Emma: Red Garnet(January)
Anna: Pink Tourmaline(October)
Lizzy: Blue Sapphire(September)
Jack: Red Garnet(January)
and the heart at the top represents the baby we lost.
I absolutely love my new necklace and have gotten so many compliments already!!!

It is beautiful Sarah! Andy and I are the same way. We rarely have exchanged birthday, anniversary, or "holiday" gifts due to funds since getting married but those surprise "out of the blue," well thought out gifts make it so much more special when you do get them! Way to go, Jody!!
