WELCOME to our blog! Our family began in August of 2000 when Jody and I were married and has grown into a family of 6! We have 3 beautiful daughters and 1 handsome son! This blog was created in January of 2006 for our family and friends and to serve as a scrapbook for our kiddos in the years to come! Jody is the youth minister at our church and I am a stay at home mom! We took a trip to the North Carolina Zoo on Memorial Day! The girls had been bugging us to go for weeks and since Jody had the day off we decided to go! The Asheboro Zoo is only a couple of hours from our house,
and we went with the Holderby's, some friends of ours. Sean & Amy have become good friends of ours and their little girl Makayla and Emma have become best buds! Makayla is a year older than Emma but they get along pretty well! We were able to see the Polar Bears, Giraffes, Elephants, Rhinos, Sea Lions, Bison, and many more (too many to name)! It was a hot day at the Zoo, but the girls had a blast and they slept really well that night! The girls each bought a stuffed Monkey and we were on our way home! It was a good day!
