WELCOME to our blog! Our family began in August of 2000 when Jody and I were married and has grown into a family of 6! We have 3 beautiful daughters and 1 handsome son! This blog was created in January of 2006 for our family and friends and to serve as a scrapbook for our kiddos in the years to come! Jody is the youth minister at our church and I am a stay at home mom! Here you will find stories and pictures from Living Life Livingston Style...we love to hear your comments too, more motivation for blogging :)

It's been a little while since I've updated the blog. . .

Emma is getting taller and taller, although you can't really tell from the pictures. Today she is exactly 3 1/2 years old! Time really flies, she'll be off to "3 year old preschool" in a little less than a month! She'll be going to a new preschool this year, which she really doesn't understand, but is excited just to be back in school! Her new favorite thing is to swing on her new swing set in the backyard, (which we can only do early in the mornings because it gets so hot in the afternoons)! It has a teeter-totter, a slide, 2 swings, a tight-rope bar thingy (you hang off of) and a glider that she can ride together with a few friends! She says she can't wait until Anna and her "brother" (what she calls the baby) can get big and ride it with her!
Anna is now a little over 9 months and still not crawling. . .but is trying to pull-up on things! Maybe she'll skip the whole crawling thing and go straight to walking? She is a bit on the rollie-pollie (chunky) side and basically rolls wherever she wants to go. She is getting feistier with each passing day, and we thought Emma was stubborn! We think she is looking more and more like Emma instead of her daddy! Her hair is lightening up and we still can't really tell what color her eyes are? She has just figured out how to wave and waves Hi and Bye to everyone! She is becoming an absolute ham, especially when it comes to a camera, she just grins!
Jody is having loads of fun at camp (all outdoor camp) this summer especially dealing with middle schoolers in 100 degree weather! He really does likes camp, he's an outdoorsy kind of person though (not like me). He is gearing up for the new school year both at the YMCA and the church. A lot of our programs at church follow the school year, so he's been pretty busy at both places! Things are going well at the church, this week we are pouring the foundation for our new family life center which "they" say will be done in December! The church has truly run out of space in all areas of ministry and we are desperately awaiting the grand opening!
The baby and I are doing well, it has been really hot here, did I already mention that? For those of you who have been pregnant, you already have your own built in heater, not to mention the outside temperature! I've only got a little more than 8 weeks left until my due date! My doctors don't seem to think I'll make it that far and we all hope they are correct :-) We've got another active one, it seems with each pregnancy they are more and more active! We really can't wait to see what this little one is like, personality-wise, who it looks like, oh and if it's a boy or a girl too!

I love that belly shot! I'll catch up to you in a few mos. ;-) Glad to hear baby and mommy are doing well. The girls look adorable in the pics; when the third comes along your family will be even more beautiful!
