Spring already?

Well, we're gearing up for a busy summer ahead! I can't believe it's already Spring and March is almost gone?! Jody will be out of town all next week on a trip with the YMCA teens. It will be my first time completely alone (for more than one night) with both the girls. I know it will be fun and exciting :) Emma is on Spring Break next week too, she really misses her preschool friends, I don't know what we'll do during the summer?
The girls are getting so big so fast :) Anna is already 5 months old! She is a squealer and is learning very quickly how to ger her sister and mom's attention! She has definately gotten chubbier as you can see from her double chin. She just started eating cereal this week and is loving it, she was eyeing my yogurt yesterday too!
Emma is finally getting the hang of the potty after a very long training time! Yes I know she's 3 years and 2 months old and not yet fully potty trained! We have literally tried everything we and everyone else can think of and a few days ago it just clicked! We are so excited!

Well, things are going well with the Livingstons! Jody is still working full-time at the YMCA and part-time at our church. I am working at the YMCA preschool 2 days a week, only about 7 hours a week. I teach our girls bible study on Monday nights and Jody and I are both directors for our AWANA program on Wednesday nights. The church just broke ground on a huge family life center, including a gym, more classrooms, a new kitchen, etc. They are hoping to have it done in about 9 months:) We are very excited to see what the rest of this year will bring for us. We would love to see all of you, so come visit! You Tennessee folks, we've been there 2 times this year already, so it's your turn to make the trip :)

I love my big sister, but get off me!

Anna Virginia

This picture was taken on my birthday, the 14th. Mom tried and tried to get her to smile and this is what we got after about 10 tries! She is so cute and cuddly! She really is a great baby, we just hope she stays that way! She loves her big sister and in the car she turns her head completely to the side she she can see Emma and talk to her. I know they will be best of friends! She rolled over for the first time last week, completely out of the blue! I don't think it will be too long before she's sitting up and crawling! She's becoming a baldy like her daddy and sister was. Emma's dark hair fell out and came back blonde, hopefully we'll have another blondie! Anna is currently sportin' a mullet which you can't tell from this picture. She still has a ton of hair in the very back, and peach fuzz all over the rest of her head. But she is a cutie!

3 years and 4 months!

Well, Emma's birthday came and went. She had a great party with our family. She of course received lots and lots of presents, thanks to everyone for all the gifts! Anna had fun too, being passed around to everyone the entire night:) I made Emma a Dora cake, she went with me to the store(s) and picked out everything she wanted for her cake. I would have preferred a Dairy Queen cake, but she wanted a funfetti cake with strawberry icing :( She thoroughly enjoyed it so that's all that counts! I'm looking forward to Anna's 4 month appointment next week to see how much she's grown! I've stopped nursing her and she has "chubbed-up" since then. Well, that's all for now. . .
